Yesterday, the Senate passed the JOBS Act, a bill aimed at increasing access to capital for startups and small businesses by reducing red tape and eliminating unnecessary regulations. Now, the bill moves back to the House. Hopefully, the House can carry this momentum and pass the bill and send it to President Obama's desk for his signature.
