Eligibility for a 504 Loan
Eligibility for a 504 loan requires, in addition to the general eligibility requirements for a SBA Section 7(a) loan, that the small business must do all of the following:
- Be a for-profit corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship.
- Have a net worth of less than $7.5 million dollars.
- Show after-tax profits during the last two years that averaged less than $2.5 million dollars.
