Quality control of inventory products is important. The quality of your inventory can impact the final product or service and in some cases the safety to the customer.

Some industries have regulated standards that require certification of quality to protect the consumer. Check with your industry association or government agencies to determine if your product meets industry temperatures or product deterioration from frequent handling.

By establishing a quality control system and process you can systematically identify quality defects. A system will demonstrate quality and safety of your product and allow you to raise any problems with your supplier.
