Arizona Minimum Wage Law

Effective January 1, 2009, the minimum wage rate in Arizona is $7.25 per hour for larger employers and $7.25 per hour for all employers effective July 24, 2009 ($6.90 per hour for 2008). The minimum wage rate may increase annually based on the Consumer Price Index, but will remain at $7.25 for 2010.

Developmentally disabled workers are not excluded from the Arizona minimum wage rate.
